I love it better then Costco. They take coupons. They have same bulk stuff. No lines. Its always cleaner.
BJ's is a great place to get the products you really like. Everything is sold in bulk and the quality is very good, generally.
The checkout process can be very short, or excruciating long. The checkers and customer service are kind and helpful. We have been customers since it opened and we enjoy our shopping.

Decent prices, better if you have coupons. This location always seems to have long lines and only one express lane. Isles are poorly labeled, very vague, and they move items around a lot.
It has more variety than Costco, with a selection similar to a standard supermarket but in bulk quantity and discount pricing. The trade-off is that the selection quality is lower than Costco's in some cases (such as smartphones and electronics, for example). Friendly staff and amazing deals, with a lot of prices beating Costco, plus an outstanding deli dept more than make up for any shortcomings though and made for a pleasant shopping experience.
