Dr. Dasani's is very good. His staff is respectful and good. I was able to get an appointment quickly. I would highly recommend him as a GI to others.

I have gone to Dr. Dasani along 10yr and it's like to be with trusted family. He is always busy but still takes time to make me feel like we are only patient at time listening to our health problem. To take a bit waiting time to see him is no problem to us at all since we know we will be in good hands. The staffs at the office are great, friendly and do their good job. I'm truly impressed and Thank You so very much.
I have been a patient of Dr Desani for ten years. He is a kind and caring physician who has helped me find great relief for my GI disorders. His office staff is friendly and accommodating. Recently I had an endoscopy and colonoscopy at his Riverdale endoscopy center. The Center is as clean and well equipped as the hospitals where I had the procedures done in the past. The nurses were extremely professional and the quality of medical care that I received was superb. I was most impressed the entire team and the quality of care I received.
Several years ago, I had a consultation with Dr. Dasani, and he seemed very competent, with a great bedside manner. Now, several years later, he may be a good gastroenterologist, but I will never know. My experience with his office was NOT GOOD. My original appointment was booked online, but the doc's office called to reschedule, because the doc had not taken the time to alert the online service that he would be on vacation the day of my appointment. Today, I showed up on time for my 4:00 appointment. Signed in. Paid my copay. Asked and was told he was running on time. At 4:35, I was still waiting, when another patient was called into the office. I asked the receptionist why I had not yet been called in. She said, "You're next." I said, "My appointment was at 4." Her reply was, "Well, she was here first." How rude! I made them refund my copay and ripped up the referral. The receptionist asked, "Are you sure you don't want to wait?" I told her I had already been waiting way too long, and that I made an appointment so I would be seen at a certain time. It's not like he was in surgery with some emergency. And, if he is running behind, you should not LIE to the patients. IF she had been honest, I MIGHT have waited - or even rescheduled. Not happening. A doctor and staff who do not respect a patient's time is not someone I would want medical advice from, nor would I trust them with medical procedures. Very unprofessional.
