We had a school project to do and thanks to them our teacher had to drive more that 4 1/2 hours between stores because someone cancelled the order. But that wasn't even the end of it the thing we ordered DIDN'T CHARGE. So thank you for for being terrible.
They all look confused in there . I went to pickup a 65 in TV I had prepurchased got to the pick desk gave all the requested information. The clerk walked away hot sidetracked for about 10 min came back asked what I was looking for again I asked again for the tv the tv was sitting right next to desk she pulled it out a guy came over with a hand truck right away which was great he left the hand truck and walked away I thought he was coming back another 10 min later he didn't come back I think his name was David so I took the hand truck and got the tv to walk to out all of the sudden he pops outta No Where and says I can't use the hand truck . I explained I thought he was there to help when he first got there but his answer was " I didn't think u needed help." It was a 65 in TV
My wife and I were trying to buy a 75" TV tonight and after spending over 45 minutes trying to have the order taken we walked out in disgust. We kept getting nickled and dimed for extras such as the bracket for the soundbar and were told that there would be an extra charge for the installation over a fireplace (which was discussed with 2 sales reps and previously told that there would be no change since it was going into sheetrock) The reason was that the installers would need to bring a ladder. I guess the standard installation is not above 5 feet. What a nightmare.
We have a project we have to do for school, and we were going to make a 360 degree tour. In order to do that we had to buy a 360 degree camera. Our teacher had went to the best buy in Riverdale, when she went there they said they didn't have it, but she could get one somewhere else. They told her to go the best buy somewhere in West Patterson. When she got there they said she had to order, so she did. Then all of a sudden the order got canceled for some odd reason, she had to ride all they way over there and they didn't have it. She had to drive back and forth from Riverdale to West Patterson. After about 4 hours of driving, she finally got it. They brought it to our school, and it was broken, it didn't charge. We are very unhappy about this inconvenience and is further delaying us to do our project, and we request you fix this issue before it gets more out of hand.
