Restaurant was dirty-looking upon entering...where we sat the floor was dirty. Food was under the table. Ladies restroom was not clean...very messy. This location does get a lot of business in the evenings. The alcoholic beverages are packed with ice. The food in my opinion was okay, not the best. Personally would not revisit (1st time going here). Menu choices are few. Check the online menu before visiting to see if they offer what you like. I was brought here as a birthday outing and was highly disappointed. Wanted to leave, but was convinced to stay.
Went to go have a nice night with my wife at Chili's as we get there... ordered one drink to split with my wife ...the waitress turns around and IDs me and my wife... meanwhile I'm 49 years old I looked at her and said are you kidding me... I'm sorry sir we have to ID everyone.....every table around me looked... at us... people say it's a compliment but I do not look young .. Most embarrassing time in my life haven't been proved for 20-something years I've got a 19 year old girl my son's age asking me for ID are you for real... after I told another hostess I saw did not see this waitress again the rest of my meal thank you again Chili's for ruining my dinner......
Food is decent, service always good. The Zoosk entertainment tablets are fun, we always enjoy the trivia games. Steak was overcooked by a long way on this visit, manager took it off bill without asking and fired a new one quickly. Common mistake, handled better than I would have reasonably expected.
One of the best run Chili's locally. Always busy and the service is very good. Nothing spectacular. It exceeds expectations for a chain. Definitely worth a stop when looking for an affordable dinner.
We had the most attentive server, David! (We usually have great service at this Chili's location.) This restaurant is one of our go-to places to eat as they make eating out with allergies simple and safe. The menu is specific with cross-contamination and ingredients as well as the servers.
