I can't even begin to say how awesome the staff is!!!!! Everyone is so helpful, and made renting my space effortless! A special "Kudos " to Nina, for taking the extra time to try and help me and my husband, thanks a million!!!
Clean facility and the staff is always so helpful. Nina is a wonderful asset to the company. On multiple occasions I forgot my password and she has always helped me with a smile. She also opened up their storage unit when their was a lack of carts doing to a moving company hogging them and gave me one to use. Would highly recommend this facility to everyone.
Nina is awesome. Was able to expand existing storage into next door unit instead of moving contents out of one into larger unit. Was cheaper than getting second unit.
First of all, love the layout. They got packing material and padlocks on site for purchase (I think around $15-20, choice of combination or key). The unit I had allows for two locks, so you could even do one of each if you want. Hallway entrances to the units are secured with a keypad.
I recommend Extra Space Storage in Riverdale 100%!!!
They were very accommodating with my last min moving of my things. Nina did a awesome job getting all the paperwork stuff ready for me, great overall service.
I wouldnt know the appointment making process, or their online features in general since the bank did that as a courtesy, but everything else is five star. The rep at the desk, Jordan, mentioned having been there only three months, nonetheless set up my account in a swift and effective manner. That's gotta speak volumes about their training process. Great guy too, very relatable. Good to shoot the breeze with.
The only thing is the keypad locked entrance is a sliding door that closes shortly after opening. Spectacular for security, knowing no one can accidentally leave it open, but just be aware of that if you're hauling a full truck and making multiple trips. Maybe have a friend or something specifically at door duty to make it a bit easier and faster.
