My dogs issue was diagnosed and resolved! He has improved drastically since our visit. The staff was extremely knowledgable and my dog loved them all right away! Thanks so much! Would 100% recommend !
I took my dog here for almost a year. All that year he was getting antibiotics and more antibiotics nothing helped at all. They are super pricey. What I paid for my dog was insane! I switched dermatologist and I saw an instant change in my dog. No antibiotics needed no medication either! My dog's fur grew back and he isn't itchy anymore. They were also 1/4 of the cost of this place. I can say nothing bad about staff or anything just was expensive for me and it didn't work for my dog.
Took over a month to get an appointment. My dog suffers from dry skin patches all over his body, the vet took samples and sent for a culture. Still haven't gotten results after a week. They won't return my calls and charged me $585. I still don't know what he's allergic to, they want to charge me another $300 for food and shampoo and another $130 for a recheck. This place is a rip off!!!! I won't be going back again. Meanwhile my dog is suffering and biting at his dry patches.
We have been very happy with the care we receive. Appointments are easy to make and once you are a patient you feel like part of the family. They are very thorough and everything is explained and questions are always answered.
